Marlene Minick's class yearbook reads:
"To be the world's ice skating champion" is Marlene's real ambition, and from what we've seen she will go far toward reaching her goal. She spent many hours in practice at the various ice skating rinks in this area. At Blingum she participated in the Big 'n Little Sister Committee. Marlene plans to attend San Francisco State College to earn her teacher's degree - with, of course, much of her time and energy devoted to her ice skating."

Marlene Minick, in the class yearbook, was Marlene F. Minick in the Graduation Program. Early on, we had Marlene listed on the reunion working list as Marlene Minick Agard, but no details about her, and no address.

(25 January 2010) Snooping on the Internet we found a marriage record for Marlene Florian Minick; married 24 Mar 1956, in San Mateo, to Henry Brooks Agard. Then we found a Henry B. Agard living in Sunnyvale with a household member named Virginia J. Agard. Were Marlene and Henry divorced?

Then we found a marriage citation of a Marlene F. Agard marrying a Clifford S. Meyer in San Benito (County?). Another source finds this marriage date as 23 May 1967.

Then the Nevada Marriage Index lists Marlene Florian Meyer (of California) marrying John Dean McManamy, Jr. in a civil marriage in Carson City on 19 Feb 1978. The trail ends here.
