Biographical sketch: March 2005

I was married for 21+ years and have two children (Kathy, 47, and Jim, 44), and four grandchildren.

I retired after working 25 years for the Department of the Navy.

During my marriage, I (we) lived in San Francisco and Berkeley while my husband finished his education. He then worked for various government agencies, which took us to Los Angeles, Long Beach, back to San Francisco; then on to Virginia Beach VA, Orange Park/Jacksonville FL, Voorhees NJ, and Washington DC.

So thought it seems like we were packing and unpacking, we met some very nice folks, enjoyed different cultures, etc.

My son is retired Navy and lives in Charleston SC (beautiful city, friendly people) and my daughter (and her family) live about 10 minutes from me.

All is well.

KIRSCH, JEANNE (nee GUICHOT), 69, - of Cedar Brook, died Weds. Aug 29, 2007 at her residence. Born in San Francisco, CA. She lived in Arlington, VA and Cedar Brook for the last 20 years. She worked as a Clerk Typist at the Phila. Naval Yard for 25 years Retiring in 2000. Devoted mother of James A. Kirsch of Columbia, SC and Katherine A. Umosella and her husband Mark of Cedar Brook. Dear sister of Jerry Guichot of Clackmas, OR. Loving Grandmother of Erica, Stephen, James and Mark, Jr. Umosella. Relatives and Friends are invited to attend her visitation on Tues. 6:00-8:00pm with funeral service at 8:00pm at the Marinella Funeral Home 102 N. 3rd St. Hammonton. Entombment will be in Greenmount Cem. In lieu of flowers donations may be sent to American Cancer Society 1851 Old Cuthbert Blvd. Cherry Hill, NJ 08034
